What’s your proudest moment?
The latest one is graduating from Melbourne Business School where I got my MBA, while I was running Altima's business at the same time. It was hard, but I did it.
What’s the biggest challenge you face at work?
Finding great people to join our team. Human resources are scarce and in our business it is critical to hire the right people.
What’s the most obscure business request you’ve ever had?
Web developers often get requests like 'help me build a second Facebook. And yes, my budget is $500".
What’s the best piece of business advice you’ve ever been given?
"People buy what they want, not what they need."
What do you love most about running your own business?
The ability to decide the way you go.

How to do better creative work by Steve Harrison.
What talent do you most wish you possessed?
To fly :) Seriously, I wish I could create music. It's probably the most powerful form of art for me.
