My family.
What's the biggest thing you've learnt this year?
That you have to stop, take time out and listen. Listen for guidance, because if you keep pushing, you'll never learn what you need to do for you.
What's the best bit of feedback you've ever had?
That only 5% of my clients will be successful, these are the ones that will listen, ask questions and implement the strategies that I share with them. The rest will say they will do it, but they won't, so focus your energy on working with this 5%.
What’s your proudest moment?
Giving birth to my children, and when I finished my first ever Ironman Triathlon.
What’s your number one stress relief tactic (keep it clean!)?
Well if I have to keep it clean - running.
What’s the smartest bit of marketing you’ve ever done?
Taking the time to understand that it's all about my clients and not at all about my products or services. And that focusing on the majority will not make my business successful.
What’s the one resource you’d never be without?
Blackberry!
What would be your advice to aspiring soloists?
Get clear on who your ideal clients are, share your story with them. Work on your own inner thoughts, and realise that your business is fluid.

Seeing my clients realise their own vision, and running successful businesses.
